Biljana has 10 years experience in auditing and consulting services for food business.She is a Exemplar Global Certified Food Safety Auditor(NFSA) Level 4 high risk foods. Apart from qualifications as an auditor, Biljana has completed Bachelor of Applied science( Environmental Health ) at Western Sydney University . With the career span over 10 years experience in local, state government and private sector she has been exposed to various food safety services such as restaurants, clubs,supermarkets,school canteens,childcare centers, airlines,cruise liners, hotels,food manufacturers and aged care facilities.

As a food inspector in local government, Biljana gained depth knowledge about the hygienic design,construction and fit-out of the food premises which will assist the businesses to be compliant with the local regulations and to provide safe food. She has investigated numerous food complaints and assisted food businesses to implement adequate procedures in place.

Biljana has conducted audits and trainings  in  Europe, Australia and Asia.She has dedicated approach to driving food safety and  focus on continuous improvement.She believes that effective and practical food safety steps can prevent food borne illnesses.
